Have you finished your box of chocolates?  Why not turn it into a work of art?

Bring along an empty can of beans, a shoe box, an old suitcase or any other container and go back in time for a day of Camera Obscura and learn about the origins of photgraphy.  Work in our new traditional darkroom and create some simple but effective photographs using the pinhole technique and produce something unique to the photographer's vision.

Join Wilma Smith, fine art photographer and film maker from Coatbridge who will guide you on the day.  Wilma attended photography classes at Coatbridge College and graduated in 2000 from Glasgow School of Art with a BA in Fine Art Photography.  Recent exhibitions have included 'six by six' a group exhibition at BCN Gallery, Barcelone
